WHAT SLEEP POSITIONS WORK BEST WITH THE BIEN LIVING PILLOW?

HOW TO USE THE PILLOW ONCE OPENED?
After removing the pillow from the packaging, fluff the pillow as per the following steps:
Step 1: Grasp diagonal corners, push them towards the centre of the pillow and pull them back to their original shape.
Step 2: Repeat step one with the opposite corners to ensure even fluffing.
