Ordering & Shipping Policy
ORDERS & PAYMENT
You can order bien LIVING products online at www.bienliving.com. All orders are subject to acceptance by the company and availability of stock at the time of placing the order.
For orders getting shipped within India, we accept online payment through Debit & Credit Cards, Net banking, Pay TM & Google Pay Wallets.
For all International Orders, we accept online payment through Credit cards.
Currently we do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as a payment option on domestic or international shipments.
In case of International orders, customer/recipient of order may be charged custom taxes/duties or local charges on delivery. This may be over and above the shipping charges calculated at checkout and has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. No refunds would be entertained in case the customer/recipient refuses to pay these charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.
You may cancel your order made on our website if you contact us at within 2 days of placing the order by emailing email@example.com
If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 14 business days.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer free shipping for all orders delivered in India, including remote areas.
For International orders, shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
All orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days. In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Kindly make sure that you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help in delivering your order faster. Some delivery companies will need an OTP on delivery, so please ensure your contact details are correct and you are reachable.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Shipping of orders is specific to the address provided, and not to the name of the customer.
If the parcel is returned due to a wrong address, bienLIVING is not responsible for bearing the reshipping costs
All our products are quality checked and come in secure packaging. Please do not accept the delivery if you feel that the package has been tampered with or damaged. In such an event, we request you to take
photos of the tampered/damaged part and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not sign for or accept the damaged package from the carrier. Should you accept such a package, it will be deemed that the product was received in good condition.
