Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

bienLIVING will happily honour any valid defect claims, provided a claim is submitted immediately on order delivery. Since our products are customised, only in case of a manufacturing defect, do we process a return.

Products ineligible for return

(COD orders are eligible for replacement only; refunds are not available)

Personalized products - Customised orders and products on sale are not eligible for any
returns/exchanges/refunds.


We refund only to customers in India.


Products can be returned only if purchased from bienLIVING’s online store www.bienliving.com.


If you have purchased a bienLIVING product from another online or physical retail store, the return
policy for those purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the store from which it was
purchased.


We won’t be able to take back goods that are soiled as our delivery teams are not equipped to handle soiled products. We also can’t take a product that has been damaged by misuse and has a strong odour from cigarettes, perfumes or other strong smells


We can’t take any product back that has fleas or pet hair from your cat or dog sleeping on it.

To be eligible for a return,

your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


Your item must be in the original packaging.


Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


The product must be returned within 7 days. Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return shipping costs will be incurred by bienLIVING, only if there is a manufacturing defect. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident. Once the claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of refund to your payment method (shipping charges are non- refundable) a replacement of the same item (if stock is available) an exchange item of the same order value. Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by www.bienliving.com to check on reflection of funds in your account

BienLIVING reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), BienLIVING has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
